Each journal comes fully assembled and ready to use. The Strike Industries Extended Loading Plate for the Glock 19 is designed to provide smoother magazine reloading with a slow-draw / snag-free design while maintaining maximum magazine capacity. WARNING: DO NOT over tighten the set screw when installing the steel end plate. The steel lock plate may look "loose", but if the set screw is flush with the back of the EMP body, no additional tightening is necessary. From then on, excessive tightening may damage the product. Please see the video tutorial for proper installation of the item. If you are unsure, please contact our customer service or ask your local gunsmith.
